Upcrowders INC charges a platform fee on funds raised. Additional transaction fees may apply depending on payment methods. All fees are disclosed during the campaign setup process.

- Using the platform for money laundering or fraudulent purposes.
- Interfering with other users’ projects or the operation of the platform.
6. Termination

- Unsuccessful projects or unmet backer expectations.
